Harmony Byrne announces December tour and shares charming new single “Kings & Queens”

A year on from her debut album, Harmony Byrne has gifted us all with the musical equivalent of a home-cooked meal, “Kings & Queens”. The Dja Dja Wurrung (Daylesford) based artist has created her very own spellbinding spin on folk storytelling that reflects her Mormon upbringing but also her disposition to the blues and rock and roll.

The single was produced by Brendan Love as well as Sam Teskey to add that magical Teskey Brothers touch. “Kings & Queens” will suck you in – unbeknownst, with its therapeutic taps on the rim of the snare and soulful guitar with just enough country twang to add an extra degree of warmth to the room. Byrne performs with vocal intimacy to a level that, even if you were listening with a group, Byrne would still be singing to you, and you only.

If you’re looking for a new song to swing gently to in your home office chair, this just might be the one. You can grab tickets for Byrne’s tour with Sam Teskey from https://www.samteskey.com/tourdates & listen to “Kings & Queens” below.
