Buffalo Paradise mark their arrival with self-titled debut single

The origins of the debut single from Sydney five-piece Buffalo Paradise can be tracked back to a voice memo that was sent to a small, fifty member Facebook group. It was inspired by an inside joke that frontman Lachie Pringle turned into song lyrics for a bit of a laf during lockdown. But the band’s guitarist, Angus Armstrong also happened to be in that Facebook group and surprised Lachie by adding guitar and bass to the voice recording and from there, the self-titled debut single “Buffalo Paradise” became a reality.

If fun isn’t something that you’re too keen on, maybe steer clear of this track. It’s high-octane merrymaking that fits Pringle’s brief for the single, ‘We never wanted our debut release to be subtle. We wanted it to be bold, enthusiastic, and loud, letting people know that we have arrived.”

Strapped on the back of “Buffalo Paradise” is a lively music video set to premiere at 7:30 tonight. It’s full of sand fights and tight choreography, performed by the band wearing even tighter, matching red gym shorts.

Buffalo Paradise are launching the single at the Chippo on the 10th of December which you can grab tickets for right here: https://tickets.oztix.com.au/outlet/event/16cb0aff-c282-4236-af5c-dbc87f2e8d75
